Assumptions?

Last week a friend of mine called for advice. He had a regret he was trying to make right. After multiple attempts to reach the person involved he was unable to make contact. He tried over the span of a month and with every "ignored" call and message, his imagination began to run wild.
Then without warning his phone rang, it was the person he had been trying to reach for weeks! Now was his chance to apologize, however, as it turned out, an apology was not in fact needed AND.... the number he had been calling and texting was WRONG! All of the worry and assuming was for nothing! It's important to remember, sometimes things aren't always what they seem!
